Crawler
Utileyes SLC2472 Spray Crawler is a multi function powered platform designed to work in pipelines from 24 “(600mm) to 72”.
The SLC2472 has two 100 watt Brushless motors for steering control and a closed loop encoder speed control system, giving a speed range of 1 ft/min (.3 mtr/min) to 8ft/min (2.4 mtr/min).

Utileyes SLS2472 Spray Head is a versatile rotary unit powered by a single 75 watt brushless motor with a variable rotation speed of 1 rpm to 8 rpm
The SLC2472 has been designed to mount a variety of spray guns to be able to apply a range on mono and plural component coatings and primers with full automatic control

Skid System
Utileyes SLKD-2430 Universal skid system mounts the SLS-2472 centrally in Pipe sizes 24″ – 30″ to allow the sprayhead to be pulled through pipelines using a mechanical winch
The SLKD-2430 has been designed for the smaller range of pipelines with difficult access that make the use of the powered SLC-2472 impratical

Utileyes SLPRZ-001 Tilt and Rotate Zoom camera gives full 360 degree vision of the spray coating process , with +/- 120 deg tilt from horizontal and a 3 x optical zoom and 2 x digital
The SLPRZ-001 Camera has high powered adjustable LED Lighting Suitable for pipelines up to 72″ (2.2 M)
